Thought I would pass this along.  The IIS 6 FTP Service's DefaultLogonDomain metabase property isn't available in MMC (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=184319).  The default is the local machine name.  If you are using AD users, this is a way to cutdown on end-user confusion.
