I was surfing slashdot and notice there is not nearly as much traffic (# of comments) as it used to. I have to ask, in internet time has all the slashdotter's grown up? I enjoy the stories on slashdot, they are original and some of the comments are well, original too. :P

<P>I would say its gone the opposite way. Less comments is not necessarily an indication how good/bad the content is. Many of the really knowledgeable people don't post comments there any more. A lot changed with the new design. You can get a glimpse of how it was before by looking at archive.org.</P>
